Adelante Capital Management, based in Oakland, CA, has partnered with 500lb to create a modern look and feel for its website.
"At Adelante, we're dedicated to a life of enough, not a life of more," said Adelante CEO Michael Torres. 500lb plans to integrate the employee-owned firm's investment philosophy and focus on real estate into the website design.
The site is planned to launch in November.
